Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including attraction, selection, offering, closing, and onboarding duties.
- Providing end to end recruitment services for our clients.
- Business Development for new clients, learn to gather client requirements and partner/maintain good relationship with existing clients.
- Source and screen candidates using different methods and platforms to ensure effective searches.
- Assist in interviews for potential candidates and profile suitable candidates.
Requirements:
- A Level / Diploma / Degree in any field
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong team-working and interpersonal skills
- People-oriented individual who enjoys networking and building relationships
- Positive and self-motivated.
