We're looking for an intern to join us. It will be a dual internship of swim coaching and business development or marketing.
No prior experience or certifications needed as training will be provided. We require a minimum commitment of 6 - 9 months (working hours negotiable).
If you love the sun and outdoors, enjoy interacting with children or adults, and you’re a proficient swimmer, we’d love to speak to you.
Primary Role:
1. Attend Swim Australia teacher training and attachment sessions
2. Coaching of regular and replacement swimming lessons
3. Keeping students’ attendance records and progress updated
4. Abiding by Swim it Right’s teaching methods and lesson plans
5. Attending meeting sessions when required
6. Ensuring the safety of students during lessons
Secondary Role:
1. Assisting with business development/ marketing plans, strategies and execution
2. Administrative duties such as customer enquiries and sales
3. Conceptualising, designing and creating beautiful marketing collateral
4. Conceptualising and producing simple videos with assistance
5. Brainstorming creative content and campaign ideas to market our services
6. Identify, learn and experiment with new and trending social media strategies
