Job Description
  • Be part of creating success in the Solution Service space
  • Build interactive and informative dashboards, charts and tables to aid in operations monitoring and process improvement initiatives
  • Verify and evaluate performance of live regional projects, including many first-to-market product entries
  • As part of a newly formed team. Formulate, build and evaluate operation Standard Operating Procedures and Processes. 
  • Enhance Operations Processes to support Customer Success KPIs
  • Gain valuable exposure and insights while supporting Solution Delivery Teams on what constitutes a successful delivery
  • Run small research projects employing data analytics to propose improvements to current Business-As-Usual and Operation methodologies
  • Setup and work with SWAT's awesome apps and operational interface
  • Assist and participate in project activities including events, deployments and trainings
  • Assist in operation activities (we’re a small team, everyone chips in to help!)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned on a day to day basis

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate in a local university majoring in IT, Business or Engineering courses
  • Studying something different? We welcome anyone with the right skills sets and who is keen to learn to apply!
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship from July/August 2021 onwards

  • Fast learner and technologically savvy, able to pick up new tools and tech-concepts quickly
  • Analytical thinker and data driven

  • Ability to prioritise, take responsibility and turn up in situations when hands-on-deck is needed. We are a lean team, everyone is important!
  • Able to multi-task and set priorities
  • Intermediate SQL skills and knowledge desirable
