Outlet Coordination
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure marketing materials are properly displayed
• Liaise with outlet managers to communicate upcoming campaign requirements
• Capture photos of outlets for content purposes and quality checks

Materials & Production
• Track marketing material inventory across outlets (menus, standees, table tents, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors for printing quotes and production timelines
• Assist with delivery and installation of materials at outlets

Campaign Execution
• Provide on-site support during campaign launches and events
• Update platform listings (Grab, Google Maps) when outlet information changes
• Assist HC2 with membership events and in-store sign-up drives

Job Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• Highly organised with strong follow-through; ensures tasks are completed without oversight
• Comfortable travelling between outlets across Singapore as required
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Strong communication skills; able to liaise with outlet managers professionally
