Manage e-Commerce stores on various platforms.
Manage order fulfilment, order picking & packing, tracking of inventory.
Manage customer online enquiries, respond to customer's queries.
Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints.
Work closely with the warehouse and operations team.
Monitor and consolidate customer reviews.
Analysis of sales events and campaigns.
Gather information about campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
