Style Degree by Gallerie Pte Ltd – Operations & Customer Engagement Intern

If you're one that loves being hands-on and has an attention to detail, we want you to be part of our family! Here's what to expect:

• Assist in website stock management, product placement & order fulfilment
• Be involved in optimising and creating efficiencies in inventory process
• Make our customers feel home by answering their queries promptly on our communication channels
• Manage relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
• Brainstorm on community engagement ideas creating a memorable customer experience that will instill brand loyalty and trust

• Strong work ethics. We believe in grooming our interns, so show us that it is worth our time. You will need to be responsible, independent, full of initiative, willing to learn and a big team player. 
• Be willing to be hands-on with inventory and operational matters
• Enjoy interacting with our customer digitally and committed in bringing happiness to them.
• A good command of written English

Other administrative notes: 

• Commitment of at least 3 months, do state your availability period
• Monthly remuneration between $600 - $1000 on a person-by-person basis.
