Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Calling all truly awesome, passionate people! The selected candidate(s) will serve a key member of a small team carrying out various initiatives related to customer experience, sales, marketing, and operations across the organization. The position will be working closely with the City Manager and Executives of the team from around the world and will interface with key staff across the organization, as well as customers. The company is committed to growing and developing talent which will access increasing levels of responsibility as the company grows into an international brand.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and executing various key initiatives related to customer experience, sales, marketing and operations.
  • Serving on the front lines of the customer experience, serving as an “Official Host” of about 5 football games each week
  • Purchase, store and distribute game equipment.
  • Assist the Host Manager in tasks related to Official Host management and customer experience.
  • Take on 1-2 shift a week, handling sales, customer service, inventory work during the shift.
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks

 

The candidate will:

  • Learn how a company creates systems and SOP’s to execute business development campaigns to achieve its goals
  • Gain experience in what a Singapore brand must consider in efforts to expand internationally
  • Gain experience in working with and communicating with multiple stakeholders in an organization around the world
  • Work from home 50% of the time, and on the ground (at games) 50% of the time.

 

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working remotely or from home
  • Experience and interest in customer service
  • An Interest in football (great passion a plus!)
  • Experience or interest in digital marketing a plus
