Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the standard operating procedures from lead generation, sales closing, onboarding, invoicing, communication and engagement stages of a customer lifecycle
- Document processes via flow charts, diagrams, tables and written description in a centralised cloud location
- Create and standardise forms, playbook, templates base on the requirements of the standard operating procedures
- Work with management to identify areas to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors
- Identify metrics and dashboard to help measure productivity
Requirements:
- Strong analytics skills
- Communication to collaborate with colleagues and understand processes
- Well organised and exhibit structured thinking
- Good computer skills to implement solutions
