Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Production: Visit ongoing and completed HDB renovation sites (e.g., BTO launches) to capture high-quality "Before & After" photos and videos.
- Short-Form Video: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit 15–30 second Reels and TikToks that highlight our unique design features and "Group Reno" cost-saving benefits.
- Visual Design: Create engaging graphic overlays for floorplans, promotional posters, and social media carousels.
- Brand Storytelling: Assist in developing a consistent visual identity for our brand across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Lead Engagement: Monitor social media interactions to help identify potential customers and answer basic design-related inquiries.
