Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Monitor and manage the "Group Reno" sign-up pipeline, ensuring every interested homeowner receives a timely response.
- Homeowner Consultations: Conduct initial discovery calls or meetings to understand homeowner requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with the design and carpentry teams to facilitate site walk-throughs and group consultation sessions for BTO residents.
- Proposal Support: Assist in preparing itemized quotations and renovation contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company pricing.
- Community Engagement: Manage resident-specific communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp or Telegram groups) to provide updates on group-buy milestones and answer general inquiries.
- Data Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and provide weekly reports on lead conversion rates and project statuses.
