- Perform and manage monthly payroll processes including calculating employee salaries with commission
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR21 and annual income tax declarations
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately while also resolving any payroll discrepancies
- Offset customer transactions in payroll system
- Prepare monthly headcount and payroll reports
- Administer employee leave and attendance
- Manage company expenses for each event
- Perform general administrative duties related to Human Resources
- Communicate with customers regarding payments
- Office supply purchasing
