Purpose of Job:
Build, support and execute strategic FM improvement initiatives that will strengthen program and governance framework for key client accounts.
1. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across FM services
- Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Support in monthly governance reporting coordination
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational and/or financial data
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers for performance monitoring
- Support reporting on contractual key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends and provide insight-driven recommendations
3. Digital Tools & Innovation
- Support the adoption and optimization of FM digital platforms
- Assist in program implementation and change management initiatives to ensure smooth user adoption
- Contribute to managing the performance of implemented digital platforms
4. Business Support
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and stakeholder engagement materials
- Ensure clear and structured communication of insights to stakeholders
- Support in drafting internal employee communication materials to communicate on workplace updates
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to translate data into insights and engaging content
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Familiarity with presentation or design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural (APAC) environment
- Ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, multifaceted environment
