The Job

In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing of candidates to onboarding. You will also be the main point of contact for recruitment agencies and candidates.

You are responsible for:

  • Managing online job postings across job portals.
  • Proactively sourcing and sharing with candidates about open positions.
  • Arranging and tracking the interviews.
  • Closing the gap between interviewers and agencies/candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment databases.
  • Updating internal trackers for each position & offers.
  • Planning and managing recruitment drives.
  • Assisting with data management for work permits.


The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
  • You have 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You are organized with good time management.
