The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise the Operations Team to ensure daily operation carries on.
  • Performs hands on duties as needed to deliver guest service.
  • To ensure smooth operating of the Front Office and Housekeeping department by planning manpower and rostering.
  • Conduct room check for any VIP arrival.
  • To handles all operation problems in a professional manner and to ensure prompt actions taken before any escalation to the next level.
  • Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedure.
  • Conduct daily briefing to the team.
  • Ensure that training is planned and given to all newly join staff.
  • Maintain close communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all credit policies and procedure are adhere to reduce bad debts.
  • Any other operational related issue and projects as and when required

Ideal Candidate

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in hotel management or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience is required
  • Team player and able to supervise the team
  • Good understanding in hospitality procedures
  • Able to work on shift including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Responsible
  • Good communication skills with all levels of employee
