Role & Responsibilities :
- Participating in all hardware design projects
- Providing general & technical supports for overseas customers. (By email, phone or online)
- Performing testing and modifications of machines in company workshop
- Performing maintenance & upgrades for customers' system
- Providing internal support for customer service and operation
The Profile
Key competencies :
- Diploma/Degree in Automation/Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/related area
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Fast learner and can work under pressure
