We’re looking for a business development and partnerships intern to help build next-level product. You’ll join our growing team and be based in Singapore or remote, directly reporting to our CEO. If you are looking for a role to solve challenging problems and create a product that helps others, we got you: you’ll be the most important part of development and make the digital world safer.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced sales and partnerships with a passion for design and user experience, a creative knack, and the sell and negotiate with the big picture in mind. A long-term view will help you grow into the role as we grow the company.

Job Description

Ways you will contribute (including, but not limited to):

Understand and execute on development needs, work together with the team to develop awesome products

Create new opportunities and partnerships with companies, government organizations, and customers

Source, contact, and secure clients from self-sourced leads

Support the business development and sales team

Support improvements and innovation, follow trends, and suggest new tech

Work closely with product development team to define and deliver new products and enhancements that demonstrate an obsession with securing our clients

Competencies we trust you partially have or will develop as an intern:

  • Customer Relationship Management tool usage
  • Use of lead generation and customer engagement tools
  • Pre-sales meeting preparation and presentation
  • Creation of marketing materials (e.g., blogposts, social media posts, podcasts).
  • B2B sales marketing activities, incl. webinar hosting
  • Ability to explain cybersecurity at a general level to different types of stakeholders.
  • Use of online marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Use of design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)
  • Negotiation skills & closing sales skills
  • Accustomed to challenging quota attainment and new client acquisition.
  • Experience in IT sales and/or SaaS sales
  • A passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer service
  • Upbeat, friendly, motivated, and ready to help our team and clients.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Be practical and straightforward when contributing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and professionalism when managing complex business problems and multiple tasks.
  • Great plus: industry experience in fintech and/or health tech, partnerships

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Studying a bachelor or masters degree
  • Experience in sales or equivalent transferable skills would be welcomed
  • Understanding of IT solutions is preferred
  • Understanding of sales processes and CRM software (HubSpot) is also preferred
  • Great plus: understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the industry
