The Job

Role & Responsibilities :

• Participating in all hardware design projects
• Providing general & technical supports for overseas customers. (By email, phone or online)
• Performing testing and modifications of machines in company workshop
• Performing maintenance & upgrades for customers' system
• Providing internal support for customer service and operation

The Profile

Key competencies :

• Diploma/Degree in Automation/Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/related area
• Great interpersonal & communication skills
• Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Fast learner and can work under pressure
