Responsibilities:
•Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records
•Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner
•Follow up on purchase returns, due payments and resolve payment discrepancy (if any)
•Maintain proper housekeeping of payment-related records (hard and softcopies)
•Assist in the preparation of GST submissions (Quarterly)
•Assist in monthly account closing and yearly audits
•Participate in stocktakes as and when required
•Support process-change as we evolve and grow in size
Requirements:
•Pleasant disposition
•Team oriented, eye for details and meticulous with numbers
•A professional-to-be of sound character and good work ethics
•Comfortable with conversing in English and Mandarin
•Capable of thinking on one’s feet
•Willing to be trained and learn on the job
•Comfortable with working in a small Finance team environment for now
•Ease with using Emails, Excel (Basic to intermediate), Words and/or similar software
•Relevant hands-on experience with accounting software (Eg. Xero, Quickbook, Sage, IMS, etc) will be a PLUS
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
