The Job

Job Description

• Develop and manage the production of marketing collateral and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Liaise and work closely with the respective divisions and creative agencies for all advertisements and promotions
• Inspect layouts and advertising copy, promotional materials for adherence to specifications
• Ensure all press information on the online platforms are up-to-date
• Handle and coordinate media bookings
• Media tracking and tabulation

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent
• Experience in collateral production, marketing and PR activities, and project management are an advantage
• Meticulous, resourceful, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Online savvy, Computer skills with proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
• Current & expected salary
