The Job

This role is ideal for BIM professionals willing to relocate to Singapore. You will contribute to cutting-edge digital delivery management in architecture, engineering, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Model Creation: Develop, coordinate, and manage 3D BIM models across various engineering disciplines (architecture, civil, mechanical, and electrical).
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers to enhance communication and efficiency across project lifecycles.
• Visualization & Digitalization: Interpret building plans and translate them into digital replicas, creating "digital twins" to improve project visualization and efficiency.
• Project Support: Assist clients (contractors, consultants, and facility managers) in planning, designing, constructing, and managing projects using BIM tools and technologies.
• Technology Adoption: Incorporate emerging digital technologies into project workflows, supporting innovation and optimization.

Ideal Candidate

• You have a degree or diploma in Built Environment-related fields such as: Architecture, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong expertise in AutoCAD and Revit
• You are ambitious, highly goal-driven, and are keen to accelerate your career in this industry
