1. Recruitment

• Source & shortlist suitable job candidates, and support/participate in the selection process.

2. Leave Administration

• Administer all leave applications in accordance to company’s & legal provisions.

3. Training

• Provide training administration services relating to training requests, course enrolments & confirmation, training grants, etc.
• Organize & facilitate on-boarding of new hires.

4. Medical Insurance

• Administer medical insurance claims

5. Performance Management

• Administer performance management programs.
• Prepare the staff documents for performance appraisal (PA) review & collate PA ratings, etc. 

6. Industrial Relations

• Support the management of workplace/disciplinary issues & grievances.
• Enhance employee engagement & wellbeing

7. Processing of Work Pass and visa

• Provide coordination & administrative support in the application of work permits, visa & documentation required for international workforce.

8. HRIS Data Entry

9. Any other projects as assigned
