As we continue to grow our corporate partnerships, events and brand experiences, we are looking for an energetic and resourceful Events & Corporate Partnerships Intern to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, meeting people and working behind the scenes to make events and partnerships happen.

You will support the team across corporate events, tea tastings, workshops, brand activations, product launches, gifting projects and partnership opportunities, from planning and coordination through to on-site execution.

No two weeks will look exactly the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, tea tastings, workshops and brand activations

• Support event logistics including venue requirements, equipment, products, manpower and set-up

• Assist with on-site event preparation, execution and tear-down

• Support corporate gifting, customised tea and partnership projects

• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and basic event materials

• Liaise with clients, vendors, venues and internal teams to coordinate requirements and timelines

• Research potential corporate partners, event opportunities and collaboration leads

• Assist with product sampling activations, pop-ups and retail campaigns

• Coordinate event inventory, samples, merchandise and marketing materials

• Help maintain corporate client and event databases

• Capture basic photo/video content during events where required

• Support the wider marketing and commercial team on ad-hoc projects

Who We're Looking For

You might be a good fit if you are:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications or a related field

• Organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts

• Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and partners

• Proactive and willing to take initiative rather than wait for instructions

• Detail-oriented and dependable with timelines

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team

• Willing to be hands-on — from preparing a client deck to helping set up an event

• Interested in brands, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle and experiential marketing

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Canva skills are a bonus
