Now you say “Hey Siri / Google, Run Netflix Routine” and watch all your lights either turn off or dim down while the night curtains quietly close automatically to give you a premium movie experience. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals to join our high-performance sales team as Smart Home Specialists. In this role, you’ll be fully immersed with end to end customer experience. From gaining in-depth product knowledge to showcasing that knowledge to clients in the form of showroom tours. Following up with customers with sales quotations and converting them into actual sales. You will be trained to conduct onsite consultations and deploy smart home solutions and application setups for clients. You will also work closely with the management team on marketing and sales.

Upon completion of the internship program, well-performing interns will be offered full-time positions

Job Description

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from the time they walk into the showroom and we deliver and deploy the Smart Home solutions to their Homes. In doing so you will be

  1. Presenting Smart Home Showroom tours for customers with appointment and walk-in customers.

  2. Creating Sales quotations and invoices.

  3. Doing on-site consultations at customer’s renovation home

  4. Doing application setup and smart home automation at the client’s home.

  5. Building positive customer relationships to ensure future sales.

  6. Learning and keeping up with new changes in technology and new product range.

Requirements:

  1. As this is a Sales Position you must enjoy interacting with people.

  2. Possess good interpersonal & communications skills

  3. You have an interest in technology

  4. Proficient in English. Mandarin is a bonus but not required (To be able to communicate with customers, electricians, and interior designers who have trouble conversing in English)

  5. Highly motivated and able to work independently and also work as a team

  6. IT Savvy - Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Docs/Sheets

  7. Fast Learner ad quick to adapt to changes

  8. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills which include selling, negotiation and communication, time management, and organisational skills. We understand interns and fresh graduates may lack some of this sales experience and skills, however, we are looking for individuals that we can mold and train.

Job Benefits:

  2. Interns who would be keen to accept a full-time position upon graduation (subject to internship performance).

  3. Interns who would be keen to continue on a part-time basis after the internship is completed.

  4. Being able to work at least 1 weekend will be preferred as most showroom bookings/sales opportunities and experiences happen on the weekend.
