The role
This is a generalist role that spans across functions. You will work closely with everyone in the team and get your hands dirty on executing operations, growth, marketing and more. You’ll learn a lot about running and growing an early stage company, but it will be demanding and comes with a whole lot of hard work.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning of company events and ensuring the team's welfare
- Collaborate cross-functionally across tech, product and marketing to support initiatives
- Research, brainstorm, and execute marketing and growth strategies alongside the team
- Analyse user data and reach out to partners in international and domestic markets
- Set up, analyse and execute processes which drive the different functions in the company, including sales, marketing and analytics
Requirements:
- Self-starter with a bias for action to get things done, and isn’t discouraged by failure or mistakes
- Excellent oral and written communication competency, comfortable with negotiations and interacting with top decision makers
- Strong affinity for critical-thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
- Motivated and committed, always ready to take up new challenges and responsibilities
- Data driven, meticulous and able to multitask under pressure
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly to changes and work both independently and collaboratively
