Position: Account Assistant/ Executive

Employment Type : Full time

Work Location: Singapore (Mandai FoodLink Area/ Nearest MRT Kranji)

Working Hours : Office Hours (Monday to Friday)

Monthly Salary: $1600- $2300 (Based on working experience)

• Verify and record outlets' petty cash and corp card expenses
• Handle inter-company rebilling
• Data entry on delivery partners' sales and commission
• Data entry on non-stock related invoices
• Data entry on all payments
• Submit payment proposal by weekly basis
• Check and update costing as and when
• Liaise with vendors on all AP related issues, request SOA & update on payment made
• Reconciliation of supplier's SOA with ageing
• Generate & review AP / AR / Sales / Purchases report
• Assist accountant in both AR & AP closing process
• Ensure all suppliers' invoices are posted timely and accurately
• Ensure all suppliers invoices and payment advices filing are proper and in manners
• Handle full set of small companies
• Other ad-hoc related duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Meticulous and responsible
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Computer and Microsoft office literate
• Prior data entry experience
• With/without related experience are welcome to apply
