Position: Marketing Executive

Employment Type: Full time

Monthly Work Location: Singapore (Mandai FoodLink Area/ Nearest MRT Kranji)

Working Hours : Office Hours (Monday to Friday)

Monthly Salary: $1800 - $2300 (Based on working experience)

• Manage company social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, IG)
• Involving in the development, planning and implementation of marketing initiatives pertaining to the brand/s, customer experience and loyalty to drive brand awareness and equity.
• To ensure that all marketing campaigns, materials and communication collaterals are integrated, timely, clear, consistent and accurate.
• Track, monitor and review results with the Operation Team to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research
• Collaborate with partnership online platform (ex. Foodpanda, Grab Food, Shopee etc.) for exiting/ new promotional campaigns
• Handle enquiry & complaint with online platform partner and customer
• Investigate and clarify with online platform partner any refund made by customer
• Working closely with team members to ensure all campaigns, materials and communications are integrated across various channels.
• Working closely with accounting team for any related report & figures
• Assist to organize company event (ex. CNY Dinner)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirement:

• Meticulous and responsible
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a keen to learn attitude
• Have ability to speak in English & Chinese (To liaise with different speaking associates)
• Good at computer literacy in MS Excel & Word
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• With/ without related experience are welcome to apply
