Responsibilities:

• Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
• Updating of medical billings/invoices 
• Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables 
• Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least ITE.
• Preferably has 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field.
• If no experience, on-the-job training will be provided.
• Required Skill(s): computer literate
• Preferably able to speak mandarin as a significant number of our patients can only understand Mandarin.
• Able to start work immediately
• Able to work on a shift basis and on weekends (about 39 hours per week). Able to work on Sundays/PH
