Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for a Finance & Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of the company. You’ll handle accounting tasks, HR processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You’ll also play a key role in supporting any system migration and maintaining accurate records across multiple entities.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who’s dependable, focused, and comfortable managing different priorities at once. You’ll thrive if you enjoy structured work, can keep your head down, and take pride in getting things done efficiently and well.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and payment requests.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection.
  • Handle GST reporting and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Manage the transfer of past financial data into a new accounting system or chart of accounts.
  • Maintain systematic filing of all finance records and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Manage accounting for multiple entities (3–5 holding companies), ensuring timely consolidation and reporting.
  • Liaise effectively with external accountants, auditors, corporate secretarial, and tax agents.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as needed.

Administration & HR

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, staff claims, CPF submissions, and IRAS filings.
  • Organize meeting minutes, prepare reports, and support internal events.
  • Manage office supplies and general office administration.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting. Having a professional certification (LCCI, ACCA, CPA, etc.) would be a huge bonus.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Able to perform a full set of accounts independently.
  • Skilled in Excel; experience with accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) would be useful.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and organized with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.

Why Join Us

  • A collaborative team that values integrity, creativity, and initiative.
  • Exposure to a variety of industries and projects.
  • Opportunities to grow with a company that’s continuously evolving.
  • An open, down-to-earth work culture where ideas matter.
