- Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve ICT related issues
• Quarterly maintenance, repair or replace computer units or other technological computers
• Run quality checks on products/programs to ensure optimal and efficient performance
• Conduct inspections to ensure ICT systems and equipment are operational
• Install and configure ICT systems; LAN/WAN, Server and other software
Technical Competencies:
• ITE/ Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Basic knowledge of MS server and application systems is a plus
