Job Description

About the Role: 

We are seeking a Dental Patient Service Associate Intern to join our growing dental practice in the Central Region. In this Internship, you will learn how to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for our valued patients. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Attend to patients courteously, upholding the quality service standard
  • Responsible for front-desk duties such as registrations, appointments, billing and payment collection, handling enquiries (email/phone/walk-in)
  • Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (eg NETS/ credit card, etc), supplies (eg medication, masks, stationery), and systems. 
  • Assist to prepare and dispense medication 
  • Top up medication and assist in stock taking as required 
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the clinic facilities, including regular wipe down/cleaning 
  • Ensure that procedures/equipment run smoothly 
  • Filing of case notes
  • Handle enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
