Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, including compiling and uploading client information into internal systems
- Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Support the on-site team at Nanyang Technological University, including but not limited to:
- Verification of personal details
- Basic measurements such as height and weight
- Assist with eye check-up duties
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
Requirements:
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Possesses a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Students awaiting university admission or currently on semester break are welcome to apply
- Comfortable working clinic hours (Monday to half Saturday, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
