Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, including compiling and uploading client information into internal systems
  • Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Support the on-site team at Nanyang Technological University, including but not limited to:
    • Verification of personal details
    • Basic measurements such as height and weight
    • Assist with eye check-up duties
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required

Requirements:

  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
  • Possesses a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Students awaiting university admission or currently on semester break are welcome to apply
  • Comfortable working clinic hours (Monday to half Saturday, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
