- Handling incoming calls and email pertaining to customer’s enquiries
- Checking on parcel’s deliveries status, ensuring all comments & instructions must be given to the drivers clearly
- Ad-hoc duties such as data-entry & recording
- Training will be provided
- Good command of English, written & spoken as well as proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-Speaking Clients)
