Job Role:
E-Commerce
- Managed and monitor e-commerce sites (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10)
- Participate in marketing sales and campaigns
- Track, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Listing of new promotions
- Update inventory
Customer Support
- Respond to queries from customers
- Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints
Operations
- Work closely with the logistics team and 3PL on order processing and delivery
Other duties
- Basic banner and product designing
- Basic content writing
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline
- Working knowledge & experience of various e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10)
- Proficient in Microsoft office, strong interest in e-commerce
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized, resourceful and independent
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
