Job Role:

E-Commerce

• Managed and monitor e-commerce sites (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10)
  • Participate in marketing sales and campaigns
  • Track, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Listing of new promotions
  • Update inventory

Customer Support

• Respond to queries from customers
• Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints

Operations

• Work closely with the logistics team and 3PL on order processing and delivery

Other duties

• Basic banner and product designing
• Basic content writing

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline
• Working knowledge & experience of various e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10)
• Proficient in Microsoft office, strong interest in e-commerce
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized, resourceful and independent
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
