Position: Account Assistant
Employment Type : Full time
Work Location: Singapore (Mandai Link Area/ Nearest MRT Kranji)
Working Hours : Office Hours (Monday to Friday)
Monthly Salary: $1600- $1900 (Based on working experience)
- Assist accountant to manage both in AR and AP closing
- Ensure supplier invoices are posted timely and accurately
- Prepare monthly supplier reconciliations
- Data entry of invoices, payments & filing duties
- Other ad-hoc admin related duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Computer and Microsoft office literate
- Prior data entry experience
- Must be accurate and meticulous
- Ability to read Mandarin will be an advantage as the role require to read in Mandarin Invoices
- With/without related experience are welcome to apply
