Job Description

- Primarily assists the sales coordinator, focusing mostly on managing renewal sales.

- Assists and follows up on any sales inquiry for bulk purchase and corporate incentive schemes.

- Efficiently respond to any online, emails or telephone inquires.

- Support to contact customers on renewals and documentation issues.

- Work closely with the CX team to follow-up the progress of on-boarding.

Important Info

Fixed allowance: $600/month for NITEC, $800/month for Diploma

Duration: 3 months, must be able to start immediately
