Private Practitioner & Senior Business Leader Industries: Fintech, F&B Startups, Strategic Partnerships & Government Grants
I am a Senior Manager and Director with over 15 years of leadership experience driving growth in high-velocity F&B startups and the Fintech sector. Navigating international business development, grant applications, and corporate partnerships, I manage a diverse and dynamic portfolio.
Instead of a traditional corporate internship, this role offers direct, one-on-one mentorship with an industry veteran. You will gain a behind-the-scenes look at how business deals are structured, how strategic grants are secured, and how modern workflows are optimized.
Looking for a resourceful, organized, and tech-savvy student or fresh graduate to assist with day-to-day business operations, administration, and project management. This is a highly flexible, part-time role designed to fit around your studies or other commitments, offering direct exposure to real-world business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage professional email correspondence, schedule tracking, and basic document filing.
Data & Documentation: Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets; assist in preparing PowerPoint decks for business proposals or reporting.
Workflow Optimization: Utilize basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to enhance research, drafting, and administrative efficiency.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with preparation data or research for business deals and grant applications as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
AI Literacy: Familiarity with using mainstream AI tools to streamline tasks (you don't need to be an expert, just willing to leverage tech to work smart).
Soft Skills: Reliable responsiveness, and a high level of trustworthiness when handling confidential business information.
Mindset: Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Commitment & Work Arrangement
High Flexibility: Approximately 6 to 9 hours per week (roughly 2–3 hours a day, 2–3 days a week). Hours are generally flexible, except when tight project deadlines require immediate turnaround.
Remote-First: 80% Work-From-Home (WFH). Occasional physical meetups may be required for alignment or onboarding.
Compensation: will not be much due to the low demands in work hours, open to negotiate
