Job Description
Maintaining efficient communication, documentation, and office coordination across departments.
- Water, Stationery, Hamper, Air Ticket Ordering, etc.
- Scanning documents, Posting check in Xero and filing.
- Tracking List Report for Vendors - Photocopier, Engineering, Manpower Vendors, Accommodation etc.
- Utilities Services - Tracking Report and Payment Voucher.
- Update Details of procured items files.
- Update the supplier list, contact details, emails, addresses.
- Purchase of local materials.
- Stationery items to the site, office admin items.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, appointments, and project follow-ups.
Requirements
- Positive, patient, and energetic personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is an advantage
