Talent Acquisition Associate (35624)

Responsibilities:

-Managing and drafting job advertisements

-Attraction of potential talents for internal job roles

-Sourcing for potential candidates

-Selection and screening of candidates

-Conduct market research to gain comparative advantages in attracting, sourcing and screening potential talents

-Building relationship with candidates through the aid of engagement tools eg LinkedIn, candidate databases, social media, Diversity Outreach, contact lists, and employee referrals

Our ideal candidate:

-Possesses a minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree of any discipline

-Has a strong growth mindset and able to learn swiftly and independently

-Is resourceful and self-motivated in utilising various tools and channels (Jobstreet, Jobs

Central, Monster, etc.)

-Demonstrates proactiveness and resilience in meeting KPIs

-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

-No experience required, as training will be provided for entry level candidates.
