- Job Description
As a Leasing Executive you will need to do
- To respond to email/phone/chat inquiry and offer available leasing package and suitable apartments based on customers need
- Develop new sales strategies that will acquire new corporate customer lead and strengthen relationship with existing customers
- Promote sales of our leasing package by performing cold-calling, door- to-door sales, attending conferences, events to generate leads and obtain new clients
- Manage the Company's Social Media sites and weekly product marketing postings via the relevant social media platform such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Mandatory Requirements
- Marketing activity
- Create tenancy agreements
