Job Scope:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Attracting candidates and matching them to roles from clients companies
- Sourcing, screening and profiling candidates through job postings, interviews
- Proactively identifying passive candidates by utilising a variety of sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, social media, Diversity Outreach contact lists, and employee referrals
- Generating candidate leads through extensive name generation research, relationship building, networking, and complex internet searches
- Provide strategic advice and fulfil client requirements
Job Requirements:
- Hold a diploma or degree of any discipline
- Open minded to do resourcing for technical roles
- Proactive and Resilience
- Demonstrate ability to manage high volume sourcing activities Ability to stay organized and handle competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills to set and maintain expectations.
