Position: Logistics Co-ordinator

Objectives:
The logistics co-ordinator will be involve a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving and/or maintaining inventory, associated records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.
- Ensure fulfilment of customers' order on time , follow-up on Proof of Delivery and flight details
- Organize picking and goods receipt or issue for requests make by internal customers. Follow-up with Purchaser on outstanding requests
- Ensure accurate update and follow-up of files - Abnormality, Unserviceable, Quality files, Engines and Modules files
- Follow-up with respective departments to ensure closure of open issues on time
- Overseeing or partake cycle counts and reconciliation activities
- Ensure optimization of freight expense through consolidations
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Pre-requisites / Summary :
Min. Education Level : ITE
Field of Study : Logistics
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
