- Job Description
Position: Intern
Accountable to: APAC Service Engineering Manager
Job scope:
To assist in two continuous improvement projects
- Service Engineering: Customer Dashboard
- To assist in the creation of a standard Customer Dashboard that can be viewed by all stakeholders
- The intern will need to draw data from the SQL server and display it using PowerBI
- Maintenance Centre: TAT improvement project
- Assist to chart out the Maintenance Centre Repair and Inspection process flow
- Identify the areas where wastage and inefficiency is occurring
- Help record and measure TAT pre and post implementation of improvements
Requirements
- Good working knowledge on how to use Power BI
- Able to work with data from SQL servers
- Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
