Accounting duties:-
• Assist in the data entry for accounting transactions and bank reconciliations under the supervision of Accounts Seniors from time to time.
• Preparation of GST schedules and submission
• Preparation of unaudited financial statements
• Any other ad-hoc admin and accounting related work
• Training will be provided
Corporate finance duties:-
• Assist in KYC, Customer due diligence checking (Manual and software version), Customer background check.
• Assist in customer on boarding for bank facilities (eg. Corporate bank account, loan and etc.), other Corporate business account.
• Assist in Merger & acquisition for SME customer
Requirements:-
• Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm or 10am – 7pm (Flexi-time and work days as per TAFEP’s flexible Work Arrangement)
