RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business administration tasks, including HR and Finance matters
• Assist in scheduling and coordination of appointments
• Be involved in planning and execution of activities
• Assist in any adhoc activities assigned
• Create and deliver smart, creative and inspiring research and slide-building
• Assisting the Manager
• Inventory Management, and Clerical Tasks (data entry)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Min, A Level or Diploma and above
• Confident with good attitude towards a growth mindset
• Receptive to changes and flexible
• Has high initiative and proactive in reaching out to clients and candidates
• Have a strong interest in management/strategy consulting
• Able to work analytically in a time-limited, problem solving environment
• Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be proficient in spoken and written English
• Possess strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Singaporean only
