Our client is a digital asset exchange that is transforming the capital market through the introduction of new investable assets class. Their platform offers an array of services which includes primary insurance, trading and settlement and others. They aim to become full-service regulated to cater to savvy issuers and discerning investors.

The Job

In this role, you will report to the Head of Issuer Regulations and your responsibilities will include :

• Reviewing and providing assessments of applications for admission on the company's platform in accordance with the listing requirements and table such assessments to the Listing Committee for consideration for listing. 
• Monitoring compliance by issuers with continuing listing obligations on matters including potential trading irregularities or inadequate disclosures. 
• Investigating non-compliance, escalating to the Head of Issuer Regulations and assisting in disciplinary actions for breaches of rules.

The Profile

• You have a Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Law or equivalent. 
• You have 2 years of executive-level experience within the financial industry, especially in a capital market sector. 
• You have a strong understanding of the functioning of an exchange / organized market and knowledge if AML/CFT matters will be an asset. 
• You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. 
• You are proactive and able to work independently, 
• You pay strong attention to details and deliver work of highest standards.
