Position Overview
Ocean Purpose Project (OPP) is seeking a creative and passionate individual to support the development of engaging visual and digital content that promotes ocean conservation, sustainability, and Blue Economy initiatives. The Creative Intern will work closely with the communications and media team to bring OPP’s stories, programmes, and impact to life through compelling designs, multimedia content, and creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Design social media graphics, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets aligned with OPP’s brand identity.
- Create visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website updates, newsletters, and event promotions.
- Support the development of educational and awareness campaigns related to marine conservation and environmental sustainability.
Multimedia Production
- Assist in photo and video editing for social media, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Create short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics to increase audience engagement.
- Organize and maintain media assets, including photographs, videos, and design files.
Branding & Creative Development
- Ensure consistency of visual branding across all communication channels.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and community engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing marketing materials for partnerships, grants, programmes, and corporate engagement activities.
Event & Project Support
- Support creative documentation of workshops, beach clean-ups, eco-gardening programmes, and community events.
- Assist with event photography, videography, and post-event content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate project outcomes and impact stories effectively.
