Job Description

Your tasks:

  1. Providing the following Learning Management System (LMS) Administration duties to support all employees
    • Create, version, retire and test courses
    • Enter history for course completion
    • Create, revise, and retire User Groups and curriculum
    • Provide level 1 troubleshooting in the LMS
    • Provide administration and validation support for LMS system updates and upgrades based on project plans and departmental requirements
    • Assist with requests from auditors and managers for copies of evidence, reports and training documents
    • Provide training reports in the LMS, as required
  2. Provide support to all employees through the management of the LD Helpdesk, as assigned
  3. Administrative duties associated with travel arrangements, catering, etc. for training classes
  4. Administrative duties associated with data entry, filing and storage
  5. Department ordering and supply management
  6. Manage the virtual learning platform, ensuring use of all relative tools for an exceptional learner experience
  7. Collect learning evaluation data from the Learning Delivery, Implementation & Evaluation
  8. Research and curate articles for Jam page
  9. Support learning activities / events, Regional Headquarters events & meetings

Your qualifications:

  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Possess growth mindset and positive attitude
  • Has a global mindset – culturally aware
  • Able to multitask in a fast pace environment and possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work remotely as required
