The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing digital marketing programs including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Identifying areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, page code, and content and uncovering new opportunities for growth
  • Optimising SEM for paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ad, Instagram etc.) and improving SEO for all websites to grow organic traffic & new customers
  • Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
  • Working with other stakeholders to optimise the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc.

 

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an SEO/SEM role within the E-Commerce industry.
  • You keep abreast of latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • You possess in-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite) and website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • You have experience generating SEM reports and advanced proficiency with technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are able to spot trends and insights
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
