Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of our training programs, by managing trainings and sales events, including managing attendance and payment tasks, and providing valuable analytics
  • Take charge of operational activities at our training center, including communicating with stakeholders face to face and virtually in support of their needs
  • Manage the learning center set up, and lead certain partner relations such as vendor management and negotiations
  • Help to create content to promote our training programs and internal events, organize virtual webinars and symposiums
  • Editing videos, providing tech support, and troubleshooting for internal meetings and trainings
  • Sourcing and evaluating new virtual tools and platforms that can take our training to the next level
  • Create engaging content for our Company's intranet page
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or has obtained a Diploma / Degree in Events Management, Communications, Media, Business or related fields
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and possess strong digital skills
  • Proactive self-starter, solution-oriented, creative, who is able to identify ways of working smarter
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to details
  • Customer service oriented with a strong sense of emotional intelligence, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Experience in video editing tools and storyboarding, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, is a plus
