Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Supporting our Marketing Data Management Team (Automotive Aftermarket) in:

  • Building up the interactive MS Access database, to support information exchange between the central coordinating team and the Regional offices in Asia Pacific
  • Downloading necessary information from SAP platform to build up the MS Access databases
  • Preparing the cockpit charts for reporting
  • Preparing the training material for the new colleagues
  • Organizing one-time events like meetings, workshops etc.

The Intern will be working in the Marketing Intelligence and Data Management team with below basic and strategic functions:

  • Procurement and maintenance of Vehicle data and OE documentation for each country in AP region
  • Maintenance of links between vehicle and Bosch products
  • Production of printed catalogues
  • Publishing GAP analysis for product management teams, to trigger product development process
  • Publishing cockpit charts for management, to provide the overview on product availability (coverage) for the vehicle running in each country in AP region


Position Requirements

  • Undergraduate in Business, Communication or Marketing with interests in Automotive or Undergraduate in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering
  • Able to work full time for a period of 6 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Power point
  • Speak fluent English and work in a multinational environment
  • Multi task and work independently
  • Fulfill the visa requirements for employment in Singapore (www.mom.gov.sg)
